How Many Hours Do You Need to Sleep?

Depending on how exhausting my day was, I would normally sleep 7-8 hours a day. 10 hours onward if I got in bed too late.

Minimum I need to sleep six to 7 hours and when I am free I go for a whole day sleeping approx 36 to 48 hours.

Well in my opinion, A person needs 6 to 8 hours daily. It is good for health. more or less can harm you health.

I love to sleep and sleep. I always need 10 -12 hours to sleep. However, I can also remain awake for quie a long time.
