We are in 2010 and i am quite amazed at when people request a static website for their company.
I personally think that static website has already completed its life cycle so it should now exist in 2010 now. There are so many cms's these days that it is very easy to provide a full featured website in the same budget as dynamic website.
The best thing is the happiness which you see on the faces of clients when you give them a fully functional dynamic website in the same budget.
What do you think static website should exist or not?
